Push Down insecurities

One of the many perks of being a woman is our bodies. Don't you just love doing physical activities and realizing you aren't wearing the correct bra? I go to a boxing class once or twice a week depending on my health, or plans. One of the things my coach continually repeats is to "Keep it tight," meaning to keep your hands and arms boxed in and as close to your body as possible for protection. He always shouts this out at me, but I don't think he takes in the consideration that my chest stands out like 8 inches. HEB

One of the most beautiful things in life, in my personal opinion, is the art of cooking. I love to Cook. I was so pissed, like what the hell did HEB stand for? Here E

We have all heard the saying, "I always want what I can't have." I believe that human nature has increased our chances of survival. We tend to accomplish things, and we want more and more, sometimes things or people that are not likely for us to have. In other instances, we are continually chasing happiness. Sometimes we see that other people have something that we don't and we believe that is the solution to our unhappiness. Or it could be that subconsciously we know that item or person is out of our reach and it makes us want it even more because we know we can't have it. The human mind can be weird at times. Sometimes our wants, do not need an explanation and sometimes they do. In psychology, this thought process is referred to as the Hedonic Treadmill. It allows us to keep wanting to achieve throughout our lives. https://positivepsychologyprogram.com/hedonic-treadmill/ . Sometimes the lyrics to the song "Waterfalls" by TLC can real
